About the Role:
The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for selling a company's products or services to potential and existing customers. This role involves making outbound sales calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns, providing information about the features and benefits of the products or services offered, processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product or service information to customers

- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong sales skills, including the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs. Additionally, you should be comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer interactions and sales, and be able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Educational Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required for this role. However, some companies may prefer or require a college degree for more specialized or technical sales roles.
Location: This role is based in Telecommunications - Rawalpindi.
