We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Specialist - Travel Booking, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
You will work closely with our customers via phone calls, emails, or chat, assisting them with online bookings, sightseeing, memberships, and resolving any modifications to their bookings.
