Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with experience in negotiating and drafting agreements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the company's senior lawyers and management, and will work closely with them to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support in the structuring, drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements
  • Assisting in matters involving data privacy, data security, artificial intelligence and trade control compliance
  • Maintaining subsidiary lists, entity charts and officer/director designations for entities

Requirements:

  • Strong educational background in law, preferably from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-degree corporate/commercial legal experience
  • Excellent drafting and negotiating skills, as well as the ability to handle a high volume of competing demands
