Implementation Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Strategist to play a key role in the pre-sales process.

This individual will partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to present solutions, assist with change management, and support the successful implementation of telematics solutions in customer fleets.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services or SaaS solutions, with a strong focus on customer engagement and solution development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Sales to identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Develop customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring they align with client business objectives.
  • Guide clients through the change management process during telematics solution implementation, offering support and strategies for smooth adoption and integration into their fleet operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Post Sales Operations team to maintain and update sales collateral and resources, ensuring they are current and effective.
Requirements:
  • Technical acumen to understand complex concepts and present them clearly and compellingly.
  • Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Analytical thinking capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance customer solutions and sales strategies.
