Senior Manager Corporate Sales Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for the Karachi region.
  2. Lead regional corporate sales and marketing initiatives to achieve set targets.
  3. Oversee and manage a high-performing Regional Sales Team.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to design, execute, and monitor sales and marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotions.
  5. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership on market trends, product performance, and competitor analysis.
  6. Foster strong relationships with corporate clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective business presentations and meetings.
  7. Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to develop a world-class sales team.
  8. Build and maintain lasting relationships with key corporate clients.
  9. Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
  10. Assign targeted sales territories and ensure adequate resource allocation for optimal results.
  11. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operational execution.
Job Requirements
