Qualification
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy is preferred.
- Additional certifications in sales, negotiation, or customer relationship management will be a plus.
Experience :
- 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in the FMCG, gifting, or fragrance industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Demonstrated ability in developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and conducting effective client negotiations.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities, with attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with CRM tools e.g., Salesforce, Zoho.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Corporate Sales Executive
to lead business development efforts, manage key corporate accounts, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales—preferably in the FMCG, gifting, or fragrance industry—with excellent client relationship management, strategic thinking, and communication skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and potential markets.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, business cases, and pricing models.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly to maintain trust and retention.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to stay ahead.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for innovation and improvement.
- Use market insights to refine sales strategies and pricing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing to design campaigns for corporate clients.
- Collaborate with finance for credit approvals, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services/products to clients. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in the corporate gifting space.
