Qualification

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in sales, negotiation, or customer relationship management will be a plus.

Experience :

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in the FMCG, gifting, or fragrance industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and executing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and conducting effective client negotiations.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiarity with CRM tools e.g., Salesforce, Zoho.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Corporate Sales Executive
to lead business development efforts, manage key corporate accounts, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales—preferably in the FMCG, gifting, or fragrance industry—with excellent client relationship management, strategic thinking, and communication skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and potential markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, business cases, and pricing models.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues promptly to maintain trust and retention.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to stay ahead.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for innovation and improvement.
  • Use market insights to refine sales strategies and pricing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to design campaigns for corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with finance for credit approvals, billing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services/products to clients. Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in the corporate gifting space.
