
Operations Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant with 2 years of experience to support daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The successful candidate will assist in process coordination, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operations team in coordinating day-to-day business activities
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational databases
- Assist in inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply chain tasks
- Monitor workflow to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
- Handle internal communications between departments to streamline operations
- Prepare reports, schedules, and presentations for operational review
- Assist with vendor and client coordination where needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ERP systems or operations software
- Basic knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes
- Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
