Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Tasks: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  2. Document Preparation: Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  3. Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail correspondence, with professionalism and discretion.
  4. Record Management: Maintain and organize electronic records ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
  5. Project Coordination: Help with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, updating task lists, and liaising with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  6. Research: Research various topics as needed and compile findings into concise reports or summaries.
  7. Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives as requested, demonstrating a willingness to adapt and support various needs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a remote team environment.
  • Reliability: Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations with a positive attitude.
