Creative Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled Creative Design Professional to join our team in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact marketing assets, including white paper visuals, social media graphics, interactive designs, video content, and more.

As a Creative Design Professional, you will work closely with our marketing and product teams to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm creative ideas, and iterate on designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging visuals for white papers, infographics, social media posts, email campaigns, digital ads, and website content.
  • Develop and edit short-form video content for social media and digital marketing purposes.
  • Create and refine interactive design elements in tools like Figma, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across digital platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and produce final deliverables that meet project goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
  • Hands-on experience with Figma or similar UI/UX design tools.
  • Familiarity with design principles for both digital and print media.
  • Ability to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members at all levels.
  • High level of accuracy and quality control in all design projects.
