Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled Architect to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing project quotations, engaging with clients, and creating 3D models and renderings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Quotations: Prepare accurate cost estimates using relevant software, ensuring efficiency in pricing.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide professional guidance, and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
  • 3D Modeling & Rendering: Develop high-quality visualizations to present design concepts effectively.
  • Technical Drawings & Documentation: Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Control: Ensure designs meet company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Innovation & Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in architecture, materials, and software advancements.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is essential.
  • Experience: Prior experience in architectural design, 3D modeling, and working with relevant software is highly beneficial.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or other 3D rendering software is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present and explain designs to clients and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to produce precise and accurate quotations, drawings, and visualizations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the furniture, interior design, or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of material selection, fabrication, and production processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in design.
