We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman with a minimum of 5 years experience to join our team in the Architectural Department. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and design principles and standards.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years experience of working on large scale commercial and residential projects, preparing submissions/completion and working drawings for commercial and residential projects. Experience working with architectural consultancies is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real life objects using 3D Max, as well as creating creative 3D walk-throughs and fly-throughs. They will be skilled in constructing AutoCAD drawings and 3D visuals for presentation purposes.

The selected candidate will participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients or managers. Additionally, they will apply textures and provide appropriate lighting techniques to the models, enhancing images and adding special effects creatively.
