We are seeking a driven individual to join our team as Supply Chain Planning Associate. This role will be based in Pakistan and reports directly to the Lead, Demand Planning.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning, with experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, and supplier relationships. They will work closely with the commercial team to drive adjustments on forecast plans and ensure availability of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Create daily/weekly replenishment plans based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecasts
  • Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and make adjustments accordingly
  • Calculate a proper supply plan based on generated demand forecasts
  • Prepare and update monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actuals
  • Maintain healthy inventory levels in DC and store based on target days cover, availability targets, and shrinkage targets
  • Closely work with commercial team to drive adjustments on forecast plans
  • Monitor supplier issues and escalate as necessary to ensure availability
  • Identify slow-moving SKUs and flag to stakeholders to drive action
  • Be able to work cross-functionally to assist in projects, drive action, or resolve issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related specialization
  • Between 1-3 years work-related experience in demand or supply planning
  • Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and form conclusions based on findings
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment
