Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities

  2. Prepare regular reports on expenses and budget, providing accurate and detailed information
  3. Maintain and update company databases with precision and accuracy
  4. Organize a comprehensive filing system for important and confidential documents
  5. Respond to queries from employees and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  6. Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, ensuring minimal disruptions
  7. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes, highlighting key discussion points
  8. Update office policies as needed, in collaboration with senior management
  9. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments with ease
  10. Book meeting rooms and arrange travel and accommodations when necessary
  11. Distribute and store correspondence, ensuring timely delivery
  12. Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned by senior management
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures and protocols
  • Experience with office management software like Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Additional qualifications in Office Administration are highly desirable
