Marketing Campaign Manager

Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic email marketing campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing automated email flows, designing visually compelling email templates, and planning and executing daily email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns aligned with brand and growth goals.
  • Automated Email Flows: Design and manage automated email flows for welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns.
  • Email Template Design: Create visually compelling email templates using Canva and Klaviyo.
  • Daily Campaign Execution: Plan and execute daily email marketing campaigns for promotions, launches, and customer journeys.
  • Email Performance Analysis: Analyze email flow performance daily and implement necessary adjustments to improve results.
  • Subscriber List Management: Continuously build, segment, and refine email subscriber lists to improve targeting and personalization.
  • Key Metric Monitoring: Monitor and report on key email metrics: open rate, CTR, unsubscribes, conversions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing and/or influencer marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Canva, and email flow management.
  • Strong communication, creative, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of key email marketing and influencer performance metrics.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
Additional Responsibilities

In addition to email marketing, you will also be responsible for:

  • Influencer Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and growth goals.
  • Micro and Macro Influencer Discovery: Discover and vet relevant micro and macro influencers on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Collaboration Cycle Management: Manage the full collaboration cycle: outreach, onboarding, gifting, briefing, and contracts.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions) on a weekly basis.
  • UGC Library Management: Organize and manage a library of UGC (user-generated content) for paid and organic use.
