SaaS Email Marketing Specialist

A results-driven marketer to 
build and run our outbound B2B email engine
 — with strong emphasis on 
CRM setup, lead management, and cold email automation
. You'll own everything from crafting emails to generating leads and optimizing deliverability.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and manage a centralized 
    CRM system
     (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Build lead gen workflows, tagging, and automation inside the CRM
  • Write high-performing cold email copy and sequences
  • Manage email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmups, inbox rotation)
  • Generate targeted lead lists via 
    Clay
     and other enrichment tools
  • Launch and optimize cold email campaigns using 
  • Track campaign results, improve reply rates, and handoff leads to sales

Should-Haves

  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS email marketing or outbound lead gen
  • Strong command of 
    CRM setup and automation workflows
  • Hands-on with Clay, , Lemlist, Apollo, etc.
  • Technical knowledge of inboxing and email infrastructure
  • Strong copywriting and personalization chops
