Job Opportunity: HR Strategist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compensation, training, and employee development.

They will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to program management and personnel, partnering with corporate HR to implement initiatives.

This includes managing investigations, coordinating training sessions, tracking and analyzing HR departmental costs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support all HR strategies, operations, and processes
  • Provide coaching and guidance to program management and personnel
  • Investigate employee relations matters and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Facilitate management training and coaching sessions
  • Track and analyze HR departmental costs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR department, performing three or more HR functional processes
  • 2+ years of experience in an international environment
  • 2+ years of experience supervising HR staff personnel
