The successful HR Manager will oversee all Human Resources Strategy, Planning and Execution. Key responsibilities include Employee Data management, HR Systems, Personnel Records, HR Reporting, Benefits Administration, Leave Policy, Mobilization/Demobilization, Travel Arrangements, Recruiting and Onboarding, Training, Communications, Career Advancement, Performance Evaluation, Succession Planning and HR Metrics.
