HR Strategist

The incumbent will oversee the development and implementation of overall HR strategy, leading effective workforce planning and resourcing. S/he will be responsible for driving successful recruitment processes, providing support for training/development activities across the organization.
S/he will also be responsible for maintaining Human Resource Information System (HRIS), policies and procedures, and implementing approved compensation and benefits strategies. S/he will review performance management systems, develop effective employee relations, and lead effective HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruits employees to fill vacant positions, performing full cycle recruitment process.
- Maintains a comprehensive database of candidate information.
- Conducts orientation sessions for new employees.
- Induces Annual Compensation & Benefits Plans.
- Conducts Benchmarking study and Design of Competitive Pay Structures.
- Prepares reports for Departmental KPIs and Statistics related to Total Compensation.
- Evaluates and applies Job Evaluation Methodology.
- Supervises contract and probation completion cases.
- Maintains and develops HR policies, ensuring compliance.
- Counsels employees on personnel issues.
- Advises management in resolving employee relations issues.
- Establishes management guidelines by preparing human resource policies and procedures.
- Plans employee's performance appraisal; develops tools for appraisal, job evaluation, and development.
- Initiates quality improvement initiatives within HR.
