E-Book Sales Executive

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven E-book Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our freelancing profiles on various platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads Management: Monitor, manage, and respond to leads on freelancing platforms to maximize conversion rates.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals and follow-ups with potential clients to showcase our services and expertise.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads and acquiring new clients through proactive outreach and marketing efforts.
  • Customer Support: Maintain activity reports and update CRM/freelance dashboards to ensure seamless client management.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to prepare service pitches and timelines that meet client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: 06-10 months of sales experience, preferably in e-book sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Tech Savviness: Basic understanding of e-book services, including eBook marketing, advertising, publishing, writing, formatting, and cover design.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow with the company.
