Key Responsibilities

As an Office Administrator at Xiaomi Technology, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing utility bills, office equipment, and vehicle usage
  • Registering and collecting invoices, handling receipt and delivery services
  • Managing attendance records and supporting the Administration Manager
  • Assisting with accommodation arrangements, supplier relationships, travel planning, and visa applications
  • Drafting and executing contracts in English and Turkish

You will work closely with our Administration Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
