The Office Administrator Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration of RSM Avais Hyder's office, ensuring seamless operations and optimal productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, adhering to strict protocols for approval and tagging.
  2. Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and clutter-free at all times.
  3. Monitor attendance and punctuality of admin department staff, addressing any issues promptly.
  4. Oversee payroll creation and timely salary payments, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  5. Manage procurement needs effectively, sourcing high-quality materials and services as required.
  6. Coordinate with external service providers such as electricians and cable repair personnel.
  7. Maintain the office infrastructure, including but not limited to fans, air conditioning units, UPS systems, water filters, generators, TV screens, telephones, lighting, and furniture.
  8. Ensure the upkeep of plants within and outside the office premises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team comprising Admin assistants, Supervisors, Receptionists, Kitchen staff, Security guards, and Janitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff towards achieving outstanding results.

This role demands a professional individual who can communicate effectively, plan and monitor workloads, provide coaching and counseling, and enforce company policies and procedures.
