This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission at The Indus Hospital by serving as a key figure in advancing medical research.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain and oversee the management of clinical trials currently underway in the pediatric oncology department.
- Develop new trials, crafting protocols, collecting and analyzing data.
- Ensure the integrity of the childhood cancer registry by collaborating with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Create and manage a pediatric oncology database using REDCap for trials and research projects.
- Handle Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and follow-ups.
- Evaluate and monitor faculty and fellow research projects.
- Teach and train researchers on methodology and data analysis techniques.
