Job Title: Night Sales Executive
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team in a fast-paced Consumer Services industry environment.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound sales activities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through targeted sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals through effective time management and prioritization.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions to inform future sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Sales and Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic Knowledge of Sales Techniques and Principles: Understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
