About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to excel in a sales representative role. Your primary responsibility will be to solicit sales and donations over the telephone, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and sales abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage in-bound and out-bound calls to engage with customers and prospects, fostering strong relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate priority issues when necessary, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and conversations within our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, driving business growth and revenue expansion by consistently delivering exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas and targets, preferably in a phone-based environment.
- Proficiency in relevant computer programs, including CRM software, with excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues, handling rejection and criticism with a cool temperament.
- Outstanding negotiation skills, addressing customer concerns and complaints effectively.
