About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects, closing sales deals, and providing exceptional customer support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to customers and prospects to close sales deals and meet sales targets.
  • Resolving customer complaints and providing excellent customer support via phone and other communication channels.
  • Providing training and support to new hires to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Navigating and utilizing popular CRM tools to manage customer interactions and improve sales performance.
  • Solving complex problems and meeting demanding sales targets through effective negotiation and conflict resolution techniques.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role, with a track record of successfully meeting sales quotas.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to describe and explain products and services to customers.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection, with outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience, with an understanding of the company's products and services.
