Job Overview: A System Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, providing technical support, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of modern operating systems, Enterprise networking, and Office software. They will also possess good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure situations.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and correcting file and system errors, performing data processing operations according to a business production schedule, and maintaining computer equipment and inventory.

You will also maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Desktop Application Management: Ensure the smooth operation of desktop applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades as necessary.
  2. Time Management: Plan and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  3. SDLC Command: Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) procedures to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Requirements
