E-commerce Specialist with Digital Marketing Expertise

About the Role:

This position plays a critical role in driving the success of our online stores. As a virtual assistant, you will oversee store operations, work closely with suppliers, manage inventory, and develop digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. E-commerce Operations:
  • Create and optimize product listings on Ebay and Shopify platforms.
  • Sourcing high-quality products from reliable suppliers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Efficiently manage inventory levels, communicate with suppliers, and forward orders.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Strategies:
  1. Develop SEO strategies to enhance online presence.
  2. Implement effective SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
  3. Manage social media presence across platforms, including Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Customer Service and Order Management:
  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  2. Monitor and manage order tracking, returns, and customer feedback.
  3. Maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Proficiency in using Shopify platform and apps.
  2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
