This is a high-level administrative role that involves providing support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Ensure the efficient operation of the office by handling various tasks and responsibilities.
- Liaison with Executive Team: Work closely with executive and senior administrative assistants to address requests and queries from senior managers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports, leveraging analytical skills to identify trends and insights.
- Office Management: Demonstrate knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and professional ethics, working collaboratively with the team.
- Task Scheduling: Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative tasks, expediting work results as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations.
- Team Support: Provide assistance to the team by performing tasks related to the organization's operations.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with administrative vendors, inspecting and scrutinizing bills for accuracy.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other task assigned by management or the supervisor.
- English Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Priority Setting: Ability to prioritize and plan effectively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
