We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements, configure business processes, and design user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Configure and optimize business processes using standard features.
  • Troubleshoot and support electronic signature workflows.
  • Design and configure templates for streamlined document generation.
  • Collaborate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Hands-on expertise in Conga configuration and solution enhancements.
  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving electronic signature issues.
  • Working knowledge of template design and customization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of engaging with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
