- Answer customer inquiries and manage incoming calls effectively.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take accurate messages.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages to their respective departments.
- Monitor, organize, and forward emails, as well as order office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and file management.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, multitasking, and learning abilities.
