The role of Digital Learning Manager at a prestigious institution is to spearhead the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of digital learning initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Digital Learning Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital Learning Strategy to drive innovation in education.
- Digital Content Creation: Oversee the design and development of engaging digital courses, e-learning content and interactive modules.
- Platform Management: Manage, administer and optimize digital learning platforms to ensure seamless user experience.
- Faculty Development & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for faculty on best practices in online and blended learning. Provide ongoing support for faculty in course design, instructional media development and assessment strategies.
- Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital learning initiatives. Analyze learning analytics and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in digital learning design, e-learning development and educational technology.
