Job Overview

The Scheme Manager role is responsible for ensuring the execution of external audits and compliance audits align with established standards and procedures.

  • Provide expert assistance to international offices on scheme/technical matters related to audit activities within Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
  • Ensure adherence to PNAC, ESYD, and Cert procedures, guaranteeing smooth execution of external audits conducted by PNAC as well as compliance audits by Hellas and Cert.
  • Review audit reports, surveillance reports, and audit packs to ensure all requirements are met before certificate issuance.
  • Guarantee timely processing and issuance of certificates.
  • Approve ATJF from Hellas, Cert, and PNAC. Ensure Lead auditors/audit teams selected by the coordination Department include Technical Experts and accurate man-days calculation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all audit activities comply with ISO 17021 standard and accreditation bodies' (PNAC) procedures.
  2. Conduct quarterly calibration meetings for auditors/technical experts.
  3. Perform quarterly internal audits of the entire system including the scheme.
  4. Submit regular reports to the corporate office.
  5. Respond promptly to queries related to the scheme department.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
