We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing niche and exclusive projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and communicate with clients to ensure project deliverables are met.
  2. Develop and maintain vital business development documentation, including project quotes, sales materials, and marketing content.
  3. Conduct regular status meetings with clients to keep them informed of project progress.
  4. Liaise between clients and the development team to ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Lead and manage day-to-day client interaction, staying true to the strategic vision and guidelines for project goals.
  6. Be flexible and adaptable, working at odd hours to match client time zones and international team members.
  7. Ensure project standards, methodology, and best practices are followed consistently.
  8. Manage project teams and related implementation activities through all project phases.
  9. Resolve project issues and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Support clients with requirements definition, project definition, and project planning.
  2. Assist with analysis, design, testing, system documentation, and user training.
  3. Maintain relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and manage expectations.
  4. Analyze outside vendor products and develop initial business case, cost benefit analysis, and project implementation strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Exceptional client relations and management skills.
  3. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management Methodologies.
  4. Ability to work well with people from diverse disciplines with varying technical experience.
  5. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing business and technical environment.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  7. At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
  8. 2-3 years of experience preferred, but fresh candidates who exude passion and commitment will also be considered.
