Human Resources Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support key HR functions. The ideal candidate will focus on streamlining recruitment, enhancing employee engagement, and managing grievance processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
The HR Business Analyst will act as a strategic partner across departments, providing insights, data-driven recommendations, and operational support to improve overall HR effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process: from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: understand staffing needs and develop suitable sourcing strategies.
- Assist in screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate assessments.
- Employee Engagement & Retention
- Develop and implement initiatives: enhance employee morale and engagement.
- Measure employee satisfaction through surveys: analyze results for actionable insights.
- Organize engagement activities: recognition programs, internal communication campaigns.
- Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution
- Act as a trusted point of contact: employees raising concerns or grievances.
- Conduct investigations: workplace issues, ensuring confidentiality and impartiality.
- Coordinate with stakeholders: resolve issues in a timely, fair, and professional manner.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate employee records: recruitment metrics, engagement scores, grievance cases.
- Analyze HR data: identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare reports: management on recruitment activities, engagement levels, grievance outcomes.
- HR Process Optimization
- Support continuous improvement: HR processes related to recruitment, engagement, grievance management.
- Assist in policy development: awareness campaigns.
