We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Lead Generation Manager to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to generate high-quality leads, write compelling proposals, and secure new projects through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients via multiple platforms to generate leads for AI, automation, and web development projects.
- Proposal Writing & Bidding: Write persuasive proposals and bid strategically on freelance/job platforms to maximize project wins.
- Client Engagement & Deal Closing: Communicate with leads, understand their requirements, and close deals for our team.
- Social Media Growth & Branding: Build and maintain our online presence to attract inbound leads through content and engagement on social media.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and refine business development strategies accordingly.
- CRM & Sales Pipeline Management: Track, follow up, and nurture leads effectively using CRM tools.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in the IT/software industry.
- Expertise in Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and freelance/job platforms.
- Excellent English communication, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
- Basic knowledge of web development, AI, and automation tools is a plus.
