Technical Education and Vocation Training Manager

The role requires a dynamic professional who understands the importance of Technical Education and Vocation Training. Key responsibilities include developing academic excellence, market linkages, placement services, and maintaining market relevance.

  1. Develop innovative initiatives to enhance programs, focusing on technical and vocational interventions.
  2. Contribute to designing, planning, and monitoring project strategies and activities, ensuring effective coordination with field offices, government departments, industries, and civil society organizations.
  3. Write proposals and create budgets for new projects that align with current industry requirements, utilizing strong knowledge of marketing strategies and project management expertise.
  4. Regularly monitor program activities and conduct evaluations to assess their effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  5. Design marketing strategies to promote technical and vocational training projects, leveraging excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working across disciplines and community sectors.
Key Requirements

Essential Skills: Excellent proposal writing skills, strong knowledge of marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, project management expertise, and knowledge of Technical Education & Vocation Training.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.

Personal Qualities: Enthusiasm for working across disciplines and community sectors.

Professional Qualifications
