Job Title: Enterprise Identity Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Identity Architect to design and implement our enterprise identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless access to internal systems while maintaining stringent security standards.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of authentication protocols, IAM vendors, and cloud IAM systems. They must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to the development of our identity architecture and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement secure, compliant, and user-friendly IAM systems.
  2. Support and maintain a world-class enterprise IAM infrastructure aligned with business goals.
  3. Implement modernization initiatives and drive adoption of IAM systems.
  4. Address business and user experience challenges through technology solutions.
  5. Contribute to the development of our identity architecture and strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of authentication protocols (e.g., SSO, OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise IAM systems.
  • A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for automation and reducing toil.
  • Experience with IAM vendors like Okta and SailPoint.
  • Knowledge of IAM controls for regulations such as SOx and GDPR.
  • Experience with cloud IAM systems like AWS Directory Service.
