Software Development Leadership Opportunity
  • This is a leadership role that oversees the development of software products, ensuring they meet business needs and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, overseeing project timelines, and communicating with stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into software solutions.
  4. Maintain open communication channels with team members, sponsors, and clients to ensure effective project execution.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  7. Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and lessons learned.
  8. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to improve their skills and productivity.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and version control systems.
Work Environment:
  • Office-based with some remote work options.
  • Flexible working hours with core hours between 10am and 7pm.
