Job Opportunity:

This is a senior-level management role that oversees the entire lifecycle of complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project and product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful initiatives on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple lines of business through strategic planning and execution
  • Lead cross-functional teams by building and motivating members to meet project goals
  • Full project life cycle ownership including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
  • Report on key performance indicators, testing, and deployment activities
  • Work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
  • Translate business needs into technology solutions
  • Develop and implement practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships that facilitate project success
  • Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project
  • Secure and manage adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
  • Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews
  • Provide regular status updates regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business requirements
  • Implement ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution
  • Support dispute resolution as needed
  • Support engagement contract management
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and program teams
  • Effectively communicate with superiors, team members, clients, and other stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with excellent leadership skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. They will possess a deep understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and industry trends. Additionally, they will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.

As a system to reformat text and improve it, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance project delivery, improving processes and procedures, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop and implement plans to address these areas. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams will be essential in driving results and achieving organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software development management
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies
