Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging role that combines advisory support and proactive outreach. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to think critically, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet regularly with the regional service line team to oversee analytics processes and identify engagement teams requiring outreach from the business advisor team.
  • Provide guidance on local policy and leading practices.
  • Facilitate training for client-serving teams on financial management practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across borders, service lines, and industries.
  • Coach and problem-solve with more junior business advisors to develop their skills.

Analytic and Decision-Making Responsibilities:

  • Use strong analytical skills to identify partners/engagement teams needing outreach and maintain strong relationships with the regional SL team.
  • Make timely, accurate decisions to ensure responses are provided on a one-stop basis where possible.
  • Guide new users with empathy and soft skills to achieve the best outcomes for end users.
