Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant

A highly skilled and experienced consultant is sought to implement core accounting and distribution processes using Dynamics 365 Finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system implementation, project management, and team collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support complex system implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and lead consultants to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Provide expertise in financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, and budgeting.
  • Design and implement business processes, including inventory management, procurement, sales order processing, and warehouse management.
  • Support detailed business process analysis to understand client requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure the system to meet client needs.
  • Configure financial modules according to best practices and client requirements, customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance system functionality and provide insights.
  • Integrate the system with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in implementing financial systems (3-7 years) with a focus on core accounting and distribution.
  • Strong understanding of financial and distribution processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification is an asset.
