Operations Excellence Manager

The Operations Excellence Manager will drive process improvements in blending and warehouse operations by identifying areas for enhancement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve blending and warehouse processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve cross-functional targets and project outcomes.
- Maintain plant equipment and facilities through coordination with the technical maintenance team.
- Conduct feasibility assessments for automating manual processes in line with industry best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation related to process improvements, development plans, and plant maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skill sets and performance.
- Support analytical evaluations, process improvement presentations, and execution of improvement plans.
- Ensure hazard identification, removal, and food safety compliance in accordance with SOPs and relevant industry standards.
