Job Description

The Vendor Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day supplier performance and driving long-term operational excellence across inland delivery networks.

This key individual contributor role emphasizes subject matter expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of vendor-related outcomes including sourcing, onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring service quality, ensuring timely delivery, data exchange, and digital visibility across all modes and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve service quality to meet customer expectations.
  • Drive compliance with vendor standards, including invoice control, digital integration, system use, and payment policies.
  • Lead vendor onboarding processes, ensuring alignment to global policies, local regulations, and operational systems.
  • Address vendor non-compliance and take corrective actions in coordination with Procurement, Delivery, and Finance teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
