Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an FP&A Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, budgeting, and planning, with a proven track record of success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to senior leaders across the organization, with a focus on capital expenditure planning and management. This includes developing and maintaining detailed financial models, conducting variance analysis, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

The selected individual will also play a key role in driving process improvements and implementing best practices in financial planning and analysis. A strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for this position.

The candidate must possess a deep understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. They should also be proficient in using various software tools, such as Excel, Oracle Financials, and PowerPoint. Experience in the telecom industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
