Senior Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor financial risks and implement risk management strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Full-time Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICMAP with 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  2. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration with 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
  4. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  5. Proven ability to lead finance teams and manage complex financial operations.
