Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to join our team as a strategic financial leader, focusing on project financial reporting and feasibility analysis for construction-related initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze project financial reports, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis for construction and capital projects.
  • Develop comprehensive feasibility studies and business cases to evaluate the financial viability of proposed construction and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Partner with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to provide financial oversight throughout project lifecycles.
  • Monitor and report on project budgets, schedules, and risks, ensuring timely escalation of financial concerns.
  • Support capital expenditure planning and ensure alignment with financial controls and internal approval processes.
  • Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support strategic investment decisions.
  • Prepare and present clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices in financial project reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Prioritize ACCA, ACA, or CFA certifications, accompanied by 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, including project finance or construction accounting.
  • Proven track record of feasibility analysis and capital project reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively across departments and with executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and software, such as SAP S4 Hana.
