Project Coordinator

Job Description

The role of Project Administrator involves supporting the CEO and project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. This position requires developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop detailed project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  2. Manage project scope and budget to ensure timely project delivery within defined parameters.
  3. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  4. Communicate project milestones and any delays or changes effectively.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project dependencies and maintain seamless communication.
  6. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and progress on project objectives.
  7. Provide regular project status updates and issue reports to stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, charters, risk logs, and status reports.
  9. Utilize project management tools to track and manage project progress.
  10. Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to improve processes.
  11. Ensure all project-related communications are clear and effectively delivered to relevant stakeholders.
