Job Title

A sales leader is required to manage and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, retain, and develop experienced Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver consistent results against team revenue goals by understanding customer needs and mapping them to the company's value proposition.
  • Partner with sales leadership to refine a successful sales process and improve efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize productivity.
  • Regularly report on team and individual performance through pipeline management and forecasting.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams.
  • 2+ years of experience managing an enterprise sales team.
  • A track record of achieving 100%+ of quota as a manager and individual contributor in enterprise sales.
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop a team from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and business acumen skills.
