Global Supply Chain Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Global Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely arrival of goods to local and overseas customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in import and export documentation, project management, and supply chain logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with supply chain personnel to coordinate the delivery of goods.

  • Manage inventory levels and warehouse space, optimizing storage capacity and reducing costs.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to senior management, providing insights into supply chain performance.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Global Supply Chain Coordinator, you will need:

  • Knowledge of importing and forwarding procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and related logistics software, such as Oracle and SAP.
