Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Treasury Manager to join our team. As a trusted partner to leading companies, we deliver crucial, innovative, and sustainable solutions that add value to our customers' businesses.

This role is responsible for managing monthly financial closing activities, including preparation and posting of accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and depreciation entries. The successful candidate will support the Accounting Manager in expense analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, stock reporting, and tax provisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and posting monthly accruals and prepayments.
  • Supporting the Accounting Manager in monthly expense analysis.
  • Gathering data and preparing Balance Sheet Reconciliation for further review.
  • Preparing and consolidating detail breakups of closing balances in the Balance Sheet.
  • Compiling Stock Reports and Stamp duty data submissions.
  • Supervising month-end closing entries, group charges, GIT, Sales Tax provision.
  • Preparing Bank Reconciliations and coordinating with the bank for resolving any issues.
  • Recording Bank Charges and related FED.
  • Updating the E-Treasury team portal.
  • Maintaining fixed asset registers and processing additions, transfers, and disposals.
  • Working out capex cash and creditors for monthly closing and supervising monthly depreciation runs.
  • Assisting in timely tagging of additions and supporting cyclical asset counts.
  • Responsible for monthly depreciation postings and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely booking of additions to assets/AUC.
  • Coordinating with banks for several bank-related matters and remittances.
  • Performing periodic vendor balance reconciliations as per group policy or business requirements.
  • Liaising with external and internal auditors for timely completion of audits.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and experience in accounting and financial reporting. A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience is required.
